A new complaint system being developed by the KDA

According to a news source published on September 13, the Sindh Government Additional Chief Secretary Manzoor Ali Sheikh asked the team to proceed urgently with its development.

The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) is trying to transform into a stable institution economically. According to the officials, the KDA Chief secretary has stressed the importance of utilizing all the available resources for the general public.

He mandated the use of the complaint system for real-time updates of the records including land and development records.

The auction details for different communities will also be available on the site.

The most important focus of the KDA is the formation of the authority into financial stability. They are focused on increasing the revenue for the Developmental Authority. The Chief has also taken notice of their IT infrastructure. He has asked the team to focus on its development to increase the convenience of the people.
