The Capital Development Authority is taking swift action to get rid of all the illegal constructions and encroachment in Islamabad city.
In line with the chairman Captain (retired) Anwar-ul-Haq, the CDA conducted a rigorous operation against building bylaws on the Islamabad expressway. The crackdown happened on Tuesday and resulted in the sealing of multiple commercial buildings.
The CDA has notified the owners of the five buildings sealed during the recent crackdown on the Islamabad Highway. This is part of an effort to clean up the city and make it free from any encroachments.
The Capital Development Authority of Islamabad has been lying down bylaws and carrying out swift actions according to the rules and regulations. This is to make the city a clean and compliant community.
Islamabad has been considered, for a long time, one of the most beautiful capitals in the world but recent affairs have raised civilian concerns. The authority has also been targeting illegal slums to clear the space in the city. The authority is still concerned with sector development, city management, and project execution.
The new policies have aimed to raise the environment and public safety standards and are aimed at making the city return to its previous splendor.
