A 1.42 billion plot in Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) has been conducting an auction from October 17 to 20. This auction has interested the investors due to the localities of the plots up for bidding.

According to a news source published on October 18, the four-day open auction occurring in Islamabad has created a huge buzz among investors. The auction is taking place at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad.

All the auctions conducted by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) have the same goal, to increase the revenue for CDA. It also increases the investor’s interest and participation in the newly developed communities.

The plot in I-8 Markaz, totaling 666.67 square yards, was Auctioned for a whopping PKR 1.42 billion. This impressive feat on the first day became the perfect start to the four-day auction. In total, till now CDA has Auctioned four plots in Islamabad. They’ve made a total sum of PKR 7.7 billion on just the first day.

The blue area in the Northern strip of E-11 is being showcased in the auction. It is a well-renowned and sought-after locality of Islamabad.

The auction has a wide range of offerings including farms, apartments, and industrial plots.
