All voices matter
Pakistan is currently going through a rough patch of time, struggling with not only political unrest but also economic instability. Pakistan is now at that stage where middle-class and lower-middle-class people are worried about their necessities as the prices of petrol are going up almost every other week.
Should we blame the government for what it has done with Pakistan until now? Or should we blame the citizens living in the state of Pakistan for the corruption? Because the state is made up of the citizens living in it for example if we talk about the bureaucracy sector etc.
It’s because it all starts with me, with you. At this point, instead of playing the blame game, one should take rational measures to survive and look after himself and his family, and for that following are some ways that can greatly help:
Panning your grocery list or other shopping list can greatly help you not buy unwanted things. When we go to grocery shops without planning we tend to get confused and in that mindset, we buy things that we don’t even use the whole month.
When we are hungry, we feel like we need everything and this is the main reason for buying junk and other foods that will drive your grocery list up. Instead, when you feel hungry, eat food at your place and then go to the grocery and have a good walk.
If you can cook food that is healthier, economical, and tastier than what you’re going to eat out then why waste money? Instead, invest that money in your grocery shopping which you can then use for the whole month.
To summarize, no doubt, grocery shopping is getting difficult to manage in Pakistan with rising inflation yet to stay on a safe hand, strategically managing your budget list can help a great deal. So next time you go for your grocery shopping, don’t forget to take your grocery list with you!
