Pakistan is also a part of this issue and it has been observed that it is getting challenging for a state like Pakistan to cater to this issue as the condition of smuggling is increasing day by day.

Hence the poor think that they are left with no other option and so they take the short way to earn money to fulfill their basic needs.

Why is smuggling easy in Pakistan as compared to other states?

It is so because the checking at the borders is quite lenient and the corruption along with bribery etc. All such wrongdoings increase it even more.

All in all, smuggling is taking a toll on Pakistan’s economy because the smugglers use illegal ways and don’t pay taxes to the government of Pakistan.

Smuggling gives birth to many other problems as well such as legitimate businesses, that are doing their work legally, also face difficulties in running their businesses because those who use hook or crook methods like smuggling to run their businesses get more demand and hence leading to the closure of the business of people who use legal methods.
